About Tori
Tori works with women who feel constantly “switched on” and stretched thin. Chronic stress can quietly drain nutrients, disturb sleep, affect hormones and leave you feeling flat and overwhelmed.

Her workshops and presentations are practical, compassionate and grounded in evidence. Offering realistic ways to support mood, energy and nervous system health without extreme diets or pressure.

Tori holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine) and loves creating engaging sessions for workplaces, community groups and wellness spaces, helping women feel confident putting their wellbeing back on the list.

My Philosophy
Before becoming a nutritionist, I worked in a highly stressful environment that was seriously affecting my health; both physical and mental. I had recurring colds, fatigue, insomnia and more. I had gotten very good at ignoring these signs and 'pushing through'. Once I woke up and realised that my body just can't take this anymore, I turned to nutrition science to begin my health journey.

I believe a lot of women use this state of stress to function (as I did for many years); and may be ignoring some of their body's early signs of calls for help.

I have a strong belief that stress is the underlying cause for a lot of today's health issues such as poor digestion, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, low appetite, cravings, poor sleep quality and more.
